Our core technology platform is made up of three components:
- Broadcast Manager
Broadcast Manager
This enables us to deliver content to stores without the need for store servers or staff intervention. Therefore this ensures that up to date content is available across our solution range and enables constant checking and monitoring within a client's network. This in turn creates less stress on communication networks and reduces costs as a result.
- Device Manager
Device Manager
This enables seamless integration between the end display(s) and external devices. Device Manager increases the flexibility of the solution by offering scope to connect EPOS and peripheral devices such as chip 'n' PIN and receipt printers. As a result, Device Manager enables retailers to protect previous investments in I.T. and respond quickly to changing requirements and trends, reducing time and cost.
- Enterprise Media Centre
Enterprise Media Centre (EMC)
This enables multiple users to be able to deliver, approve and maintain content, allowing us to provide targeted messages according to store location and time. From there we can gather/monitor usage data from stores to observe shopper trends and behaviour patterns which can help us directly measure sales impact of digital content.
These product platforms allow us to take the issue of maintenance away from the retailer and manage it remotely from our offices, whilst giving the client visibility and control of the system if required.
